20-ноябрь күнү, Кыргыз Улуттук Илимдер Академиясында Баш мыйзамдын долбоору боюнча түзүлгөн Конституциялык кеңешменин алгачкы жыйыны болуп өткөн. 80ден ашык киши катышкан бул жыйында көпчүлүктүн көңүлү кеңешменин мүчөлөрү колдонгон ноутбуктарга бурулуп, ал социалдык тармактарда талкуу жаратты.
Сүрөттө, ноутбуктун үстүндө БУУнун (ПРООН) өнүктүрүү программасынын жана Япониянын желегин көрүүгө болот.

2020-жылдын 11-ноябрында Улуттук илимдер академиясында Кыргыз Республикасынын Илим күнүнө арналган жыйын болуп өткөн. Жыйынга ошол учурдагы Премьер-министр жана Президенттин милдетин аткаруучу Садыр Жапаров да катышкан.
Сүрөттө көрүнүп тургандай, Конституциялык кеңешме өткөрүлгөнгө чейин аталган залда ноутбуктар болгон эмес. Бул маалыматты, Улуттук Илимдер Академиясынын пресс-кызматынын башчысы Чолпон Койчуманова тастыктады. Ал өз сөзүндө: “Бул ноутбуктар Улуттук Илимдер Академиясына тиешелүү эмес, аны Конституциялык кеңешме өткөрүп жаткан уюштуруучулар алып келишти”,— деп билдирди.

Мындан сырткары, Конституциялык кеңешменин төрагасы Бекбосун Бөрүбашев жана төраганын орун басары Осмон Тогусаков да бул маселе менен алектенбей тургандарын жана колдонуп жаткан ноутбуктарынын кайдан келгенин билбегенин айтышты.
БУУӨП: “Ноутбуктар 4-октябрдагы шайлоого берилген”
БУУӨПтүн расмий билдирүүсүндө, Конституциялык кеңешмеде колдонулуп жаткан ноутбуктар, 2020-жылдын 4-октябрь күнү болуп өткөн парламенттик шайлоого карата, Борбордук Шайлоо Комиссиясына берилген.
